Senior Prom is June 1, 2023 at The Maple Grove at the Forest Lodge. Permission forms can be accessed on google classroom, and the cost is $75 per person (Checks only, made payable to Bernards High School). Permissions forms and payment are due by Friday, May 19th. Store Closes Sunday Class of 2024 Spirit Wear
The Class of 2024's online store for spirit wear is open from May 10 - May 21st and closes @ Midnight on the 21st. All proceeds go to the junior class. See a class officer or Ms. Clark for questions. Click here to visit the store.

New Youth Programming for Mental Health Awareness Month
The Somerset County Department of Human Services is proud to present programming for youth in celebration of May as Mental Health Awareness Month. On May 25th from 6-8pm, the Department of Human Services is partnering with the Tri-County Care Management Organization to provide a youth forum, entitled “YOUth tell Us”. This forum is for the purpose of gathering youth perspectives regarding what they are feeling and experiencing about mental health. This event is aimed at youth in 8-12th grades. Refreshments will be served, and giveaways provided. Click here to register.
New Performance Report and Next Meeting Details
At our meeting on May 10th Dr. Furnari & Dr. Butler gave a presentation on the most recent NJ School Performance Report. Their presentation can be found on the district website in the curriculum section under the curriculum presentations tab or by clicking here. Our next and final public meeting of the year was originally scheduled to take place on June 7th, but has been changed and will now take place on Wednesday, June 21st at 7:30pm in the BHS Media Center. New Balloon Sale
Project Graduation is looking for parents of the Junior Class (2024) to deliver balloons for the 2023 Balloon Sale. All proceeds go to support Project Graduation for the Class of 2024. Driver's must have a valid driver's license and a car to use for delivery. Drivers will meet at the Community Room at BHS on Tuesday, June 13th to pick-up and deliver balloons. The BHS Principal and Vice Principals will give updates on end of year activities. The HSA Board will briefly review the year's events and present proposals for the 2023-24 school year.
In addition, there will be a special presentation by Susan Visser, MSW, Senior Manager of Prevention Programs and Mental Health First Aid Instructor, from Community in Crisis (CIC). An ally of the BHS HSA, Susan will discuss how CIC serves both BHS and the Somerset Hills community, their new building, upcoming summer mental wellness programs and volunteer opportunities for students.
